Eric Rodriguez
Pastor Eric is the founder and lead pastor of The Way Church in Milford, MA. Raised in Chelsea, MA, his story is one of grace that refused to let go — and his ministry has carried that same tone ever since.
Before stepping into lead pastoral leadership, he and his wife Lilly served as youth pastors, pouring into the next generation. Twelve years ago, he was called to lead The Way Church, where he now faithfully shepherds a growing family of believers.
He is a servant-hearted leader and a passionate preacher of the Gospel, tirelessly working to bring Jesus to everyone around him — from the neighbor across the street and to surrounding towns and cities.
Lillian "Lilly" Rodriguez
Lilly is a powerful woman of God who walks faithfully alongside Pastor Eric in the life and rhythm of The Way Church. Wherever there is something to be organized, cared for, or carried out with excellence, she is there — often long before anyone notices it needed to be done.
From ministry operations to the women of the church to the quiet details most people never see, Lilly is deeply involved in keeping the house healthy. Her presence is warm, steady, and indispensable.
She is passionate about a thriving local church, strong families, and a next generation that knows how to walk with Jesus in real life — not just on Sundays.
