About Us
Thanks for checking us out!
We hope that you are as blessed with your experience here as we are with your visit. The Way Church is a diverse bilingual and multicultural family with a "come as you are" attitude. The feedback we hear most from people who visit is "I'm treated like family"!
Tired of Religion?? So are we! At The Way Church we don't get caught up in religion. We are all about the pursuit of a deep relationship with an awe-inspiring God. Through that relationship we are able to live life to the fullest. Not perfect? Great, you’ll fit right in! The truth is, we are all still "under construction". Together, with the grace and mercy of God, we can live lives that fulfill our purpose and glorify Him as we bring people to the cross! Just like the early church we call ourselves "Followers of the Way". It is our desire to embrace the original design and purpose of the church as detailed in the Book of Acts (Acts 2:46 - 47), where out of love the church grew in faith and multiplied. Come by and be a part of what God is doing. Hope to see you soon.
Our Pastors
Eric & Lillian Rodriguez
Eric Rodriguez is Lead Pastor of The Way Church in Milford, MA. Growing up in a broken home, making a living off the streets and dealing with adversity at an early age, Eric found himself in a place of brokenness. Everything changed in March of 2003 when he attended a family group and it was there, with the love of the people that surrounded him, that he asked God into his life and received deliverance from his vices and lifestyle.
His fervor to minister over a rising generation to bring healing and empowerment is what makes him such a passionate, charismatic preacher and teacher of the Word of God. Over the last decade he graduated from The Assemblies Of God local church seminary after three years of theological studies, led IMPACT youth and young adult ministry as a Director and in 2010 he and his wife, Lillian, were appointed as Youth Pastors. In January of 2014, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, He and his wife, Lillian, were led to commence The Way Church, a diverse covenant community of believers, and were ordained in July of that year. They work to help the broken, hurt and lost by "Bringing People to the Cross". It is their belief that with God all things are possible.
